A standing hour every week, and hands on the org every month.

Two ways in, depending on where the loop is breaking. Both run the same way and cost the same. Priorities are agreed at the start of each period, so the retainer follows what matters that month rather than a scope written a year ago.

Beyond the retainer

When four hours isn’t the answer

Some work is bigger than a monthly cadence: a Data 360 implementation, a CPQ rebuild, a migration. We scope those separately as fixed projects, quoted before anything starts, and the retainer keeps running underneath so the day-to-day doesn’t stall.

What a month looks like

Week 1

Set the priorities

One short call to rank what matters this month and name the trade-offs out loud.

Week 2

Build the first thing

Hands on your org during the retainer hours. Reviewed live so your team sees the reasoning.

Week 3

Test it with real people

Whoever has to live with it uses it before we call it finished.

Week 4

Hand it over

Documented in your org, owner named, and next month’s ranking drafted.

Questions we get asked

Can we run both programs?
Yes. Most clients who do start with one, then add the second once the first cadence is established. Two programs means two office-hours slots and eight implementation hours a month.
What if we need more hours?
Unused priorities roll into the next period’s ranking. If a month clearly needs more than four hours, we scope it as a separate project and quote it before starting.
Do hours roll over?
No. The value is in the cadence, not in banking hours. If a month is quiet we’ll spend it on cleanup or enablement rather than carrying a balance.
Which regions do you serve?
United States, Canada, the European Union, the United Kingdom and Australia. Office hours are scheduled in your working day.
Do you cover Agentforce?
Yes, as part of either program. Agent work sits on top of the same profile and process foundations, so we treat it as readiness work rather than a separate line item.
What does a Salesforce consultant cost per month?
Clarity Digital Partners charges $1,100 per month per program for senior Salesforce consulting, month to month, with no minimum term. That covers a weekly 60-minute office hour and four hands-on hours a month. Hourly firms bill for time; we sell a cadence with priorities ranked in writing.
What’s included in a $1,100/month Salesforce retainer?
Our $1,100-per-month retainer includes one weekly 60-minute office hour, four hands-on implementation hours, and priorities ranked in writing. Everything we build is documented in your org with an internal owner named. Larger builds are scoped and quoted separately, before we start.
What is Salesforce Data 360, and do we need it?
Salesforce Data 360 unifies customer records from every system into one profile that sales, marketing and finance can quote. You need it when teams argue about whose numbers are right. Our data activation program runs it as an operating habit, not a one-time project.
What is RevOps consulting?
RevOps consulting fixes the systems behind revenue: CPQ, Revenue Cloud, pipeline data and the forecast your board reads. Our RevOps program delivers quotes that survive a packaging change, discounts that follow a rule, and a forecast that comes out of the system instead of a spreadsheet.
Do you replace our Salesforce admin?
No, Clarity Digital Partners works alongside your Salesforce admin rather than replacing them; we add senior specialist depth. Everything we ship is documented in your org with an internal owner named, so your admin gets stronger every month. If they can’t run it, we haven’t finished.
How quickly do we see something shipped?
You see the first shipped change in your org by day 30 of the retainer. Week one ranks priorities in writing; the four monthly implementation hours go to the top of that list. Small, visible, working changes beat a long discovery phase.
What is Agentforce readiness?
Agentforce readiness means your data, permissions and grounding are correct before an AI agent starts acting on them. Agents inherit whatever data they are given, errors included. We build readiness inside both programs, and we say so when your data is not ready and spend should wait a quarter.
Do you take one-off projects, or only retainers?
Our core offer is the monthly retainer; projects beyond it are scoped and quoted separately. When a month clearly needs more than the four hands-on hours, we write the scope and the price before starting. No surprise invoices, no drifting statements of work.
What size of company do you work with?
We fit teams large enough to feel real data and revenue pain, without a big internal operations org. If your teams argue about whose numbers are right and nobody owns fixing it, that is us. We do not do volume staffing, so enterprises shopping for a bench should look elsewhere.
How do the weekly office hours work?
Each program includes one live 60-minute office-hours session per week, scheduled in your team’s working day. Bring whatever is broken: a segment, a quote template, a report nobody trusts. We work your ranked priority list live, and decisions land in writing in your org, not in someone’s notebook.
